Colour shape movement rhythm

The original, which hangs in front of me
behind my computer, I painted in oil on
canvas over forty years ago,
as an extension of a colour exercise
designed by Yosef Albers.
It was for me the greatest contribution
to my enjoyment of colour in my work.
